We are looking for a Finance Manager who can take full ownership of the finance and accounts function and support business growth with robust financial discipline.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, including accounting, Statutory compliance, preparing budgets, financial reporting, cash flow, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or printing/packaging environments and be comfortable handling both strategic and operational finance functions. The Finance Manager will also analyze financial performance,



provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team, and implement processes to improve financial efficiencies and cost control.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting standards Experience in cost control, financial analysis, and risk management Ability to use financial management software and advanced Excel skills Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus) Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is advantageous Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate across departments effectively Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Oversee complete accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and an
