About the Role:




We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our UPI B2 C (consumer payments) product. You will be responsible for crafting seamless, reliable, and scalable UPI payment experiences across core use cases such as P2 P transfers, P2 M payments, collect requests, autopay, and value-added features.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user acquisition, engagement, transaction success rates, and monetization opportunities, while ensuring compliance with NPCI and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Road mapping
Define and execute the roadmap for UPI B2 C product experiences (send money, scan & pay, onboarding, collect, autopay, etc.) Identify growth opportunities across user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention Benchmark against competitors and identify gaps Define product KPIs (TPV, transactions, success rate, DAU/MAU, retention) UPI Product Development & Optimization
