Role Description This is a full-time, on-site LIC Insurance Agent role based in Vadodara. The LIC Insurance Agent will identify potential customers, understand their financial needs and risk profile, and recommend suitable LIC insurance and investment products. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting client meetings,



explaining policy features and advantages, and guiding customers through the application, documentation, and policy issuance process. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling queries, assisting with renewals and claims support, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The agent is expected to meet sales targets, participate in training programs, stay updated on LIC products and regulatory guidelines, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policies sold. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Insurance and familiarity with LIC's life, health, pension, and investment products. Proven ability in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing policies. Understanding of basic Finance concepts to assess client needs, affordability, and long-term financial planning goals. Excellent Customer Service skills,
