Role Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Business Process Operations Specialist to support end-to-end contract and invoice generation for global markets. This role is operations-heavy and requires strong execution discipline, accuracy, and adherence to defined processes and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have solid proficiency in at least one foreign language—German, French, or Spanish—and will work closely with finance, legal, and operational stakeholders to ensure contracts and invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Contracting Operations
Create, review, and process contracts and amendments using approved templates and tools. Validate contractual details such as party information, scope, rates, payment terms, tax details, and signatures. Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and market-specific guidelines. Track contract status, follow up on missing information,



and manage revisions efficiently. Invoicing Operations
Generate accurate invoices aligned with contractual terms and approved deliverables. Perform thorough checks to ensure correctness of amounts, tax treatment, currency, and entity details. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing data. Support invoice submission, status tracking, and handoffs to finance teams. Process & Quality Control
Execute high-volume operational work with consistent accuracy and minimal rework. Adhere strictly to defined processes, SLAs, and turnaround times. Maintain audit-ready documentation and records. Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and flag them for process improvement. Stakeholder Coordination
