The General Manager - Leasing is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of the company, managing a team of leasing professionals, and developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities -




Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals Manage leasing team and provide guidance and support Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with leasing policies Analyze market trends and competition to make informed leasing decisions Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive leasing initiatives Must-Have Skills-
Commercial Leasing Leasing Strategy, Lease Negotiation & Closure Revenue Generation Market Research & Analysis Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership Business Development Preferred Skills-
Experience in commercial real estate, retail leasing, office leasing, or mixed-use developments Solid network with corporate occupiers, leasing consultants, IPCs, and channel partners Experience managing large commercial assets and leasing portfolios Exposure to leasing strategy, occupancy planning, and revenue optimization Educational Background -
