Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in Hospital & Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Pharmaceutical Management, MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management/Pharmaceutical Management), or a related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with a Ph. D. in the relevant discipline will be preferred.




A minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized university, college, or management institute is mandatory. Candidates should have experience in teaching Hospital & Healthcare Management and Pharmaceutical Management subjects to BBA and MBA students.

Strong subject knowledge in healthcare and pharmaceutical management. Excellent communication and classroom management abilities. Ability to integrate academic concepts with current healthcare and pharmaceutical industry practices. Passion for teaching, research, and academic excellence. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, hospital operations, and the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage. Ability to mentor students and contribute effectively to academic initiatives.
