Position Overview:
The candidate will oversee the end-to-end creative process of our corporate gifting solutions, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and client satisfaction. The selected candidate will work closely with vendors, assist in discovering new products, support community engagement efforts, and help execute operational and logistical aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Direction:
• Be responsible for the creative strategy for corporate gifting projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop cutting-edge gift concepts that cater to a diverse client base; work closely with our women entrepreneur community for the same.
2. Project Management:
• Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate and synergise with the other team members and external vendors to streamline operations and meet project deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality control.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate from any discipline.
- 3-4 years of work experience preferred.
