What we are looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead – Accounting, Taxation & Compliance to manage core finance operations, statutory compliance, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in accounting, GST and TDS compliance, financial reconciliations, and audit support. This role requires an individual who can independently manage day-to-day finance activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting process improvements.
What you'll do




Manage end-to-end accounting activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
Handle GST compliance, including reconciliations, return filings, and resolution of GST-related issues.
Manage TDS computation, payments, return filings, and periodic reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and coordinate with auditors during audits.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct periodic control reviews.
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing required documentation.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support finance operations and reporting requirements.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks while ensuring adherence to applicable tax regulations.
