Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Russian Patient Counselor. The Russian Patient Counselor will communicate with Russian-speaking patients and caregivers via phone, email, messaging apps,



and video calls to understand their medical needs, explain treatment options in India, and guide them through the entire patient journey. Daily responsibilities include collecting and reviewing medical reports, coordinating with doctors and hospital teams for treatment opinions and cost estimates, and presenting these options clearly to patients in Russian and English. The role involves assisting with appointment scheduling, travel planning, and documentation, and providing regular updates and follow-up before, during, and after treatment. The counselor will also maintain accurate records in internal systems, support marketing and outreach to Russian-speaking markets when needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
