We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect with 5–8 years of qualified experience, including significant exposure to hospitality projects such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, clubs, and luxury guest spaces. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, technical expertise, project management skills,



and the ability to lead projects from concept development through execution. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of hospitality architecture projects from concept to completion. Prepare architectural drawings, design presentations, mood boards, and detailed construction documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases. Ensure designs align with project objectives, brand standards, functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits, review construction progress, and provide design-related solutions during execution. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Review technical drawings, specifications, and material selections. Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members. Collaborate closely with interior designers, MEP consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery. S
