What do you need to succ
eed 6-12 years experience within an IT organization, experience in CPI Integration is a MUSTJAVA prefera ble/Passionate about technology and/or program ming Professional English and ideally one other European lang uage A strong customer service focused persona lity A Continuous Improvement min dset Ability to work according to procedures and best pract ices Capable to work in a diverse, global team that runs 24/7 Able to work with a high degree of auto nomy Familiarity with basic integration concepts (e.g. APIs, Service Oriented Architecture, ESB)Basic Programming experi ence Working experience with JIRA service desk or similar solut ions Comfortable with hybrid work environment from our Pune, India off ice.
