From founder discovery and messaging to AI-powered expansion journeys, your work will directly influence how thousands of entrepreneurs interact with the e Xtrefy platform. Key Responsibilities




Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across e Xtrefy's web and mobile platforms. Translate product requirements, founder feedback, and business objectives into user-centric designs. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience. Work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams throughout the design process. Maintain and evolve e Xtrefy's design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Design new features focused on founder networking, community engagement, AI-assisted expansion support, and marketplace experiences. Analyse user behaviour and recommend experience improvements to increase engagement and retention. What We're Looking For
