THE MISSION
We're on a mission to eliminate the critical longitudinal health history gaps that compromise patient care during medical emergencies and family health coordination. If you've ever scrambled to piece together a parent's medical history in an emergency room — you know exactly why this matters.
Our architecture is aligned with India's National Digital Health Ecosystem. We've established our Stage 1 transactional core blueprint. Now we're looking for an exceptional technical co-founder to own the architecture, lead our AI and R& D engine, and drive a rigorous, long-range product shipping plan that matches our market ambition.
THE ROLE
As Co-Founder and CTO, you take complete ownership of our technical vision — from hands-on architecture and code to the multi-year product roadmap that translates our business strategy into a working, shipping platform.
You are not taking orders from a product manager. You are the chief architect of how the product direction evolves over the next 24 to 36 months.
This isn't a 'manage the engineers' role. At least initially, you'll be deeply in the code — and you'll love that.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
→ Product Architecture & Feature Ownership: Own the technical translation of the product vision into a robust, multi-year feature roadmap. Bridge the gap between business strategy and engineering reality — taking full accountability for feature definition, data schema readiness, and technical execution.
→ The 2–3 Year Shipping Blueprint: Own, maintain, and execute a explicit, predictable, and aggressive rolling product shipping plan. Map out the multi-year architectural evolution of the platform — transitioning seamlessly from our Stage 1 transactional core into advanced clinical intelligence layers across dozens of comple
