JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Jhpiego is hiring for the position of Senior Finance Manager/ Finance Manager, based in New Delhi. The position reports to the Associate Director - Finance.
The post-holder shall be responsible for financial management and planning, statutory compliance, payroll review, accounting controls, reporting, systems reconciliation, audit support, and strengthening financial operations across a complex, multi-donor and decentralized programme workplace.
4. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) Financial Management & Planning
(1) Review and validate financial transactions in Quick Books to ensure accuracy, completeness, allowability, and allocability in line with donor and regulatory requirements.
(2) Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and Professional Tax filings and payments.
(3) Drive process improvements to enhance accounts
