As Development Chemist, you will work within the APAC Product Development Team , located in Kolkata, India. Focused on improving our products in order to meet customer needs , solve application problems and staying up to date on new market trends such as increasing sustainable sourcing, current technology applications and whatever comes next.
What will you do?
Develop and improve our formulations used in the APAC Surface Chemistry market,



focused on meeting customer needs such as enhancing performance, safety and quality improvement. Carry out all lab work necessary for tests, benchmarking and determinations, in order to answer questions and provide new solutions to customers as well as perform customer requested product analysis. Participate in product development projects as part of an experienced team and in cooperation with all involved parties such as Operations, Supply Chain & Commercial. Provide analytical service and knowledge to internal and external customers based upon the chemists' current level of expertise. Visit customers when required to assist the Commercial team. Ensure that all equipment and machines in your area of control are managed with regards to safety, maintenance, calibration, and availability.
