Position Summary
The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, taxation, treasury management, audits, and financial planning across the Group's businesses. The role requires a strong finance skilled capable of ensuring financial discipline, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality, real estate, construction, retail,



or diversified business groups and possess strong leadership capabilities to manage finance teams across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Control
Lead preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Develop robust financial control systems and governance frameworks. Drive financial closing processes and MIS reporting. Budgeting & Financial Planning
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes. Monitor business performance and variance analysis. Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making. Develop profitability and cost optimization initiatives across business verticals. Internal Controls & Compliance
Establish and strengthen internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regul
