Location Bangalore Position CRM Manager – Real Estate Experience 5–8 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management Minimum 3 years in residential real-estate CRM Experience handling post-sales customer lifecycle is mandatory Key Responsibilities Manage the complete customer journey from booking to handover and post-possession support Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support teams for seamless service delivery Manage customer documentation, agreements, payment schedules, and collections follow-ups Ensure timely execution of registration, possession, and handover processes Track customer queries, complaints,
