About the role:
Drive the marketing communication and digital marketing initiatives for Godrej Chemicals, enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and supporting business growth through comprehensive marketing communication initiatives, strategic content creation, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all marketing communication initiatives for the chemicals business, organize and manage various events,



including product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Linked In, Google Ads, and industry-specific channels to improve online visibility and lead generation. Oversee content scheduling and social media management to maintain consistent brand presence. Maintain, update, and optimize the company website to ensure it reflects current marketing campaigns, product offerings, and is optimized for user experience and SEO. Track and manage leads generated from all marketing efforts, ensuring timely follow-up, nurturing, and handover to the sales team. Analyze lead quality and conversion rates to refine strategies.
