Role Highlights:
Pure Team Management Leadership Role
Team Size: 12–18 members
Team comprises Wealth RMs, Senior RMs, and Cluster Heads (Playing Captains)
Direct reporting from Cluster Heads and relationship management teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management
Currently managing a minimum AUM of ₹250 Crore+
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing wealth management teams
Existing team reporting structure in the current organization preferred
Up to 42 years
