Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to uphold the financial strategies of the organization. They should excel in handling substantial data, providing consistent financial reporting, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
CA Intermediate qualification (4-5 years related experience preferred) Excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in General Ledger management and scrutiny Robust written and verbal communication skills Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities Hands-on experience with EPR Systems (Zoho with CRM and HR, and Tally) Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, analysis, and reconciliation for General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Fixed Assets,



and Bank Reconciliations Conduct Project Costing, Cost Benefit Analysis, Debtors and Creditors aging, reconciliation, and statement of account confirmation Post Journal Entries for accrued expenses, recurring entries, revenue, and manage Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Amortization, etc. Prepare and file local compliance reports as necessary (GST, TDS, TDS on Salaries, Prof-Tax Returns, Online Submission) Generate MIS Reports, manage Inventories Reports and reconciliation, with exposure to Internal Audit processes Key Traits:
