Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Statistician / Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis, along with hands-on experience in developing predictive and analytical models. The candidate should be capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights and delivering data-driven solutions to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models. Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and business insights. Apply techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, and time-series forecasting. Develop analytical applications, dashboards, and visualizations. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations. Document methodologies, findings,



and model performance. Stay current with advancements in statistics, machine learning, and AI. Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Statistics (mandatory). Proficiency in Python & R, including relevant machine learning libraries. Experience in developing and validating statistical models. Knowledge of contemporary machine learning techniques, including classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting. Familiarity with RShiny, Dash, Streamlit, Java Script, and HTML5 is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Self-driven, able to work independently, and committed to delivering projects on time.
