About the role
We run high performing B2 B cold email campaigns for a portfolio of clients across multiple verticals. We're not a tool-clicking shop. We build ICPs from scratch, run our own deliverability infrastructure, write copy that gets replies, and report on meetings booked, not opens.
We're hiring a Cold Email Specialist & Copywriter who owns campaigns end to end. You'll research prospects, build lists, write the copy that lands replies, manage domain health, debug underperforming sends, and pull the levers that turn cold outreach into pipeline. This is a practitioner seat. You write the emails. You build the lists. You fix the deliverability. You're in Smartlead, Clay, and Apollo every day, not delegating to someone else.
What you'll own
→ Cold email copy that earns positive replies, subject lines, opener variants, sequences, follow-ups, and A/B tests across multiple client tones and verticals
→ Personalization strategy, the split between static templates and 1:1 personalized lines,



and how to scale the latter without losing quality
→ ICP definition and list building across verticals you've never touched before, from research to enriched, verified contacts
→ Non Linked In sourcing for hard to reach audiences, Instagram, Behance, niche communities, paid databases, custom scrapes, whatever the vertical demands
→ Sending volume and throttling, keeping each domain at a steady, predictable cadence so deliverability stays healthy as list quality varies
→ Domain infrastructure, primary and secondary domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, and active deliverability monitoring
→ Campaign debugging when reply rates drop, bounces spike, or inboxes go cold, you find the root cause whether it's copy, list, or infra and fix it
→ Multi client context switching across 5-10 active campaigns with different ICPs, value props, and tones of voice
→ Reporting that connects sends to meetings booked, so clients see real pipeline
