Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Life Insurance solutions. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from customers and stakeholders. Manage the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery and continuous enhancement. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams to ensure successful product implementation. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for product innovation. Lead customer workshops, product demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Support implementation teams during customer onboarding and product rollouts. Ensure product compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards.



Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback and market trends. What We're Looking For
8–15 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Insurance Consulting.
Strong expertise in Life Insurance business processes, including:
Policy Administration Recent Business & Underwriting Claims Management Billing & Collections Customer Servicing Agent/Broker Management Product Configuration Hands-on experience with Life Insurance core systems or insurance technology platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and customer-facing skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Life Insurance digital transformation initiatives. Exposure to Insur Tech products and insurance platform implementations. Understanding of insurance regulation
