Role Description As the Brand & Creative Manager (Fashion Brand) at THIRD EYE PRODUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED,



you will own the end-to-end brand vision and creative direction for a fashion label within the company's portfolio. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. You will lead the development of brand identity, seasonal campaigns, and visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints including lookbooks, social media, website, and retail or pop-up experiences. Day-to-day, you will brief and guide designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists; oversee moodboards, storylines, and shot lists; and approve final creative assets for launches and ongoing content. You will collaborate closely with the founder and growth team to align brand storytelling with business goals, analyze performance of campaigns, and refine creative strategy based on data and cultural trends.
