Provide a positive and engaging learning environment in which students are encouraged to actively participate in the learning process. Plan and deliver effective lessons in Mathematics and Science in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum and school standards. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs of students. Ensure continuous student growth and achievement appropriate to the age group, subject area, and program requirements. Participate in the development, administration, and assessment of examinations and other forms of evaluation. Assist in the preparation of schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning materials, and maintain accurate records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance. Perform pastoral duties, including providing academic guidance, counselling, and encouragement to students. Communicate effectively and regularly with students, parents, colleagues, and line managers regarding student progress and wellbeing. Foster a safe, inclusive,



and stimulating classroom workplace that promotes inquiry, critical thinking, and collaboration. Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits, including adhering to deadlines, maintaining records, and honouring schedules. Participate actively in school events, professional development programmes, meetings, and other co-curricular activities as required. Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with B. Ed., ECCEd, or any relevant teaching qualification. Subject Specialization: Mathematics & Science. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the Cambridge curriculum. Strong understanding of Cambridge teaching methodologies and assessment practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences. Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools will be an added advantage.
