Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IHM Technical Compliance Intern to join our remote team. This internship is perfect for candidates with a background in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, or a similar vessel-related field, and an interest in building a career in maritime compliance and marine documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain IHM Documentation: Assist with the ongoing maintenance and updating of Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) documentation. Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to obtain Material Declarations (MDs) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Procurement and Compliance Verification: Verify procurement records and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Technical File Management: Organize and maintain ship technical files and hazardous material records in accordance with industry standards. Compliance Reporting: Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation for internal and external audits. Support ESG and LCA Processes: Contribute to the internal processes related to LCA and ESG, supporting sustainable initiatives. Preferred Qualifications
