Role Description The Certification Program Manager is a part time, remote role responsible for designing, managing, and improving AI Guru's certification programs for professionals at various levels.



This role oversees certification curriculum development, updates content in collaboration with subject-matter experts, and ensures alignment with industry standards and AI Guru's Build–Train–Govern framework. The Certification Program Manager coordinates certification logistics, including candidate registration, scheduling, exam administration, and digital credential issuance. Day-to-day work includes monitoring program performance, analyzing participant feedback, reporting key metrics, and driving continuous improvement across all certification offerings. The role also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and client success teams to support enterprise clients, maintain partner relationships, and expand the reach and impact of AI Guru's certification portfolio.
