Job Description -
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to lead corporate governance, statutory compliance, and secretarial functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and real estate-specific regulations while supporting the Board of Directors and senior leadership in governance and strategic decision-making.




Roles & Responsibilities -
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, MCA, ROC, and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements Manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and resolutions Oversee secretarial filings, statutory records, disclosures, and corporate documentation Advise management on corporate governance, regulatory changes, compliance risks, and best practices Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance and governance Must-Have Skills -
Robust knowledge of Companies Act, Corporate Governance, and Secretarial Compliance Expertise in ROC, MCA filings, statutory records, and regulatory reporting Strong understanding of RERA and real estate regulatory requirements Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong attent
