An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the marketing function at OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR as Associate Director of Marketing. Responsible for shaping the resort's brand presence and market positioning, the role will oversee digital marketing, public relations, content strategy, social media, and pre-opening initiatives while driving guest engagement and commercial performance across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, brand management, and content creation.



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the resort's commercial objectives and brand positioning. Drive brand awareness, guest engagement, market share, and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns. Lead and manage all pre-opening marketing activities, including launch campaigns, brand positioning, media engagement, and promotional initiatives. Develop and maintain robust relationships with media partners, influencers, agencies, tourism bodies, and industry stakeholders. Oversee content development, creative assets, marketing collateral, and brand communications to ensure consistency across all channels. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, guest insights, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and drive marketing effectiveness.
