About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Transaction to lead and manage our commercial real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, revenue generation, team management, client relationship management, and overall branch profitability. The role requires strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive leasing, sales, and advisory transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Drive business growth through commercial office leasing, investment sales, and occupier services. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, investors, and channel partners. Identify new business opportunities and generate mandates for leasing and sales transactions. Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team including Transaction Managers, Corporate Sales Managers, Transaction Coordinators, and support staff. Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.



Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing sales and transaction team. Client & Transaction Management
Oversee end-to-end transaction processes, including client acquisition, property sourcing, negotiations, documentation, and deal closure. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Support key negotiations with landlords, developers, and corporate occupiers. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA preferred. 8–15 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, office leasing, property advisory, or business development. Minimum 3–5 years of team management experience.
