Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end city operations for last-mile medicine deliveries. Sourcing and Hiring Deliver Partners Ensure on-time deliveries, route optimization, and efficient fleet utilization. Oversee cold chain operations and compliance for temperature-sensitive medicines. Lead and manage city operations teams, including dispatch, hub, and delivery staff. Build strong relationships with pharmacies and healthcare partners. Handle operational escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor hub operations, inventory accuracy, and medicine handling standards. Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and process improvements. Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports.



Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or pharma distribution. Prior experience in pharma logistics and cold chain operations preferred. Proven experience managing large field operations teams. Skills Required
Solid operations and team management skills. Knowledge of pharma logistics and cold chain practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in logistics systems and operational reporting tools.
