Role Overview
As an Applied Scientist, you will play a key role in improving and optimising the models that drive Arctan's real-time speech AI.
Specifically, you'll :
Develop and fine-tune Speech to Speech machine learning models. Experiment with data-driven solutions to enhance AI performance. Work on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models.
Collaborate with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production. What we're looking for
Strong problem-solving skills, paired with a passion for learning. 1-2 years of experience in Data Science. Experience with speech processing or NLP. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries. Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
