Role Description This full time, on-site Hardware Engineer / Customer Support Executive role is based in Pune. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer and electronics hardware, as well as supporting hardware deployment and configuration at customer locations. The individual will handle customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure timely resolution of hardware-related issues.



Day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex problems, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The role also requires adherence to company processes, safety practices, and continuous learning to stay current with evolving hardware technologies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Hardware Development and Electronics Hardware Design.
