The Role: Visionary Reliability
As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you are a primary architect of our technical future. You don't just solve problems; you anticipate the needs of a global healthcare platform years in advance.




You will think big to define the standards for reliability, scalability, and security that allow our
doctors to provide world-class care without interruption.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will innovate boldly, acting as a bridge between
engineering, product, and business goals. By aligning passion with purpose, you will build a resilient infrastructure that serves as the backbone for up-to-date medicine.
How You'll Drive Success
• Architectural Strategy: Lead the long-term vision for our AWS cloud ecosystem. You will
design fault-tolerant, cost-effective architectures that handle massive scale while
maintaining the highest levels of performance.
• Observability as Culture: Move beyond simple monitoring. You will architect global
observability standards using Data Dog, enabling teams across the company to have deep,
actionable insights into system health.
• Platform Evolution: Optimize our CI/CD philosophy using Jenkins and automatio
