Job description for Chef de Partie – Pizza outlet - Lola's Pizzeria
We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage the pizza section, prepare authentic pizzas, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Handle dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, stretching, and baking. Operate pizza ovens including wood-fired, deck, or electric ovens safely and efficiently. Prepare sauces, toppings, cheeses, and other ingredients for daily operations. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control. Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station. Ensure timely food preparation and delivery during service.



Skills Required
Strong knowledge of pizza preparation and baking techniques. Experience with hand-stretched, thin crust, Neapolitan, or artisanal pizzas. Knowledge of dough fermentation and live-fire cooking. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Positive communication and leadership skills. Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures. Experience
2–5 years of experience in pizza preparation or continental kitchen. Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or cloud kitchens preferred. Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
