Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with exposure to AI-powered design tools to create high-quality, innovative, and engaging creatives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, and email templates Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to understand requirements Create visually engaging content for digital campaigns Use AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Prepare final design files for digital and print use Stay updated with design trends and emerging AI technologies Required Skills & Tools
• Proficiency in:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Corel DRAW
o Canva
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
AI Skills (Mandatory / Good to Have)
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI design tools such as:
o Adobe Firefly
o Midjourney
o DALL·E
o Canva AI
• Ability to use AI tools for:
o Image generation and enhancement
o Background removal and editing
o Creative concept generation
• Basic understanding of prompt writing for AI tools
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience (internship/freelance/full time) Strong portfolio showcasing design work Good communication and teamwork skill
