Role Description This is a full time Help Desk Support Specialist role based in New Delhi, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Help Desk Support Specialist will provide first-level technical support to end users, responding to tickets, calls, and emails related to hardware,



software, and network issues. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop problems, installing and configuring operating systems and applications, and resolving issues related to user accounts, connectivity, and peripheral devices. The role involves documenting incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when needed, and following standard operating procedures and service-level agreements. The specialist will also support new user onboarding, assist with basic training on company tools, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
