Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents to provide information about academic programs, admissions, scholarships, and fee structures.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Counsel students regarding course options, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission-related meetings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission conversion targets.
Handle student queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.




Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions counselling, sales, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
