Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Gurugram. The Sales Consultant will engage directly with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements for marble temples, décor, and artifacts, and provide tailored product recommendations. The role includes conducting product demos,



explaining material quality, design options, customization possibilities, and pricing, while ensuring a transparent and skilled sales experience. The Sales Consultant will prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with design and production teams for custom orders, and ensuring timely updates to customers on order status. The role requires active participation in showroom merchandising, after-sales support, and gathering customer feedback to help improve services and offerings.'
