Role Overview
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with 1–3 years of experience in managing Google Ads and E-Commerce campaigns. Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing E-Commerce campaigns to drive sales, revenue growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Preference will be given to candidates residing on Mumbai's Western Line for ease of commute.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for E-Commerce brands.
Manage Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube, and Performance Max campaigns.




Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and E-Commerce campaigns.
Experience managing acquisition and remarketing campaigns.
Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
