Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the success of our digital products and lead end-to-end digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Analytics, Marketing, and Vendor Partners to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences.
This is a highly visible role requiring robust product management expertise, stakeholder management, technical understanding, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Understand customer needs, business outcomes, and market opportunities to drive product decisions.
Communicate strategic product direction and long-term roadmap to stakeholders and leadership teams.




Ensure customer-centric thinking is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Product Ownership & Delivery
Own and manage end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
Define product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
Monitor product progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate successful product releases.
Digital Experience & Standards
Drive the development and adoption of consistent digital experiences across platforms.
Own and continuously improve UI components, design systems, code frameworks, and digital standards.
Ensure digital products follow responsive, mobile-first, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Monitor product quality and customer experience metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
