Role Summary
We are hiring a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience who can create visually compelling designs across digital and offline platforms. You will be responsible for executing high-quality creatives that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging visual creatives for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, presentations, emailers)
Create brand-consistent graphics including banners, posters, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collateral
Develop layouts with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and color balance
Translate briefs and concepts into high-quality visual outputs
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet campaign goals
Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and timelines
Ensure consistency across all brand assets and touchpoints
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, composition)
Experience creating digital marketing creatives and brand assets
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work
Tools
Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)

Figma or Adobe XD (Optional – for collaboration and layout support)
Valuable-to-Have (Preferred)
