About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Concept Artist to bring imaginative worlds, characters, environments, and cinematic stories to life. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of anime aesthetics, stylized fiction, and cinematic storytelling, with the ability to create visually compelling concepts that serve as the foundation for high-end animated productions.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Development & World Building
Create original concepts for characters, environments, props, creatures, and vehicles.
Design immersive worlds that support grand-scale storytelling and cinematic experiences.
Develop visual themes, mood boards,



and style guides for animated projects.
Character Design
Design memorable and expressive characters with strong silhouettes and unique personalities.
Create costume designs, expressions, poses, and character turnarounds.
Develop heroes, villains, fantasy creatures, and supernatural beings for stylized fiction projects.
Environment & Prop Design
Design detailed environments, architecture, landscapes, and props that support the narrative.
Create fantasy, futuristic, and supernatural settings with a strong sense of scale and atmosphere.
Cinematic Storytelling
Collaborate closely with storyboard artists and directors to establish the visual language of the project.
Create key frames and cinematic illustrations that capture dramatic moments and emotional beats.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with writers, storyboard artists, animators, and production teams to maintain artistic consistency.
