Role Overview
The Digital Coordinator is an operations-focused role responsible for executing day-to-day content administration tasks that support the studio and retouch production pipeline. This role handles the routine but essential work that keeps products live, accurate, and commercially ready across our e-commerce platforms
This is not a creative or retouching role. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working at volume across multiple brands and categories. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce content operations and understands how product imagery flows from production to platform
Accuracy and consistency are critical. Every task in this role directly impacts what the customer sees on site

Coordination & Communic
ation Manage concept queries via email and tracker, responding within agreed
SLAs Create and update category and navigation icons as requested by the e-commerce
team Track all tasks through the team's workflow tools with explicit status up
dates Escalate issues or blockers promptly to the team
