Hiring: D365 Finance Lead – Subscription Billing (9+ Years)

Role Overview
We are looking for a D365 Finance Implementation Lead with strong expertise in Subscription Billing and core Finance modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.; This role involves leading end-to-end ERP implementations, driving business transformation, and delivering scalable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end D365 F&O; Finance implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment & support)
Design and configure Subscription Billing module:
Subscription contracts
Billing schedules
Recurring invoices
Usage-based billing
Renewals, amendments, suspensions & cancellations
Implement and manage pricing models :
Flat fee
Tiered
Consumption-based
Align subscription billing processes with Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
Conduct workshops, prepare FDD/FRD , and deliver user training




Ensure seamless integration with:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Taxation modules
Collections & payment processes
Support Order-to-Cash (O2 C) lifecycle optimization
Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation enhancements
Work with cross-functional teams for integrations with third-party systems
Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of ERP implementation experience with a strong focus on D365 Finance & Operations
6–8 years of hands-on experience in Subscription Billing module implementation
Expertise in Finance modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Budgeting
Cash & Bank
Taxation
Solid understanding of financial processes and reporting
Experience in functional documentation (FDD/FRD) and client workshops
Solid knowledge of:
AR / Collections / Taxation
Project Accounting module (good to have)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
