Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Retail Leasing Manager. The Retail Leasing Manager will be responsible for leasing commercial properties, managing lease administration, conducting market research,
and building strong relationships with property owners and tenants. The role also involves ensuring tenant satisfaction, increasing resident retention, and supporting property management operations while meeting leasing and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
Strong Market Research skills to analyze trends and identify opportunities
Experience with Property Management and Resident Retention strategies
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
Prior experience in retail or commercial leasing is an asset
Relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
