What You'll Do-
Create Videos That Convert
Edit short-form videos for Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts and other platforms Transform raw footage into engaging ad creatives Create UGC-style ads and performance marketing creatives Add motion graphics, captions, hooks, transitions, and storytelling elements Design Creatives That People Actually Click




Design app install ads and acquisition creatives Create social media posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels Design promotional banners and campaign assets Create ASO screenshots and app store creatives Build landing page visuals and marketing assets Work on Product & App Designs
Design screens and user flows in Figma Create mockups for recent product features Design onboarding screens, banners, and in-app creatives Collaborate with product and growth teams Support Growth Experiments
Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing Analyze winning creatives and iterate quickly Stay updated with current design and content trends Turn ideas into creatives fast Tools-
Must Have:
Figma Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro or Cap Cut After Effects (basic to intermediate) Bonus Points:
Canva AI tools (Chat GPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, etc.) Experience designing for mobile apps You're a Great Fit If
