We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive with prior travel industry experience who can convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and contribute to the growth of our departures.
Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Conversion
Handle inquiries received through Whats App, phone calls, social media, website forms, and other marketing channels.
Convert prospective travelers into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up.
Customer Consultation & Sales
Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, departure schedules, and trip highlights.
Address customer queries and objections confidently to maximize conversions.
Guide customers through the booking and payment process.
Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Track leads efficiently and ensure no qualified inquiry is missed.
Work towards maximizing seat occupancy across all departures.
Corporate & Group Sales
Reach out to corporate organizations, startups, colleges, and private groups for group travel opportunities.
Promote private departures and group bookings.
Booking Coordination
Ensure accurate collection of passenger details and booking information.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking handovers and departure management.
Target Achievement
Consistently achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
Contr
