ROLE OVERVI
EWWe are looking for a hands-on Manager – Finance & Accounts to own the end-to-end revenue-to-cash cycle, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our books, and provide management with clear, actionable financial visibility. This is a critical operational role that will work closely with project delivery teams, client stakeholders, the senior accounts lead, and the leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Billing & Collections




Coordinate with internal project and delivery teams to ensure invoices are raised accurately and on schedule in line with contractual milestones
Manage the full invoice lifecycle — draft, approve, dispatch, and track — ensuring zero billing errors
Own proactive follow-up with client finance and procurement teams for timely payment collection
Handle invoice disputes, discrepancies, and client objections with professionalism and swift resolution.
Maintain an up-to-date tracker of SOWs, POs, and MSAs; flag upcoming contract renewals well in advance and coordinate timely execution
2. Vendor Payables & Reconciliation
Validate all incoming vendor invoices against purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and approved budgets.
Perform timely vendor reconciliations and resolve mismatches before payment processing.
Ensure payouts are made within agreed credit terms, maintaining robust vendor relationships.
