We're looking for an SEO Executive who can help us increase our visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Executive who can drive organic growth through a combination of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
You will be responsible for improving search visibility, increasing qualified organic traffic, and helping Steps AI become discoverable across Google, AI search platforms, and answer engines.
This role is ideal for someone who understands search intent, enjoys working with data, and is excited about the future of AI-powered search.




What You'll Do
Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent B2 B and Saa S search terms
Identify content opportunities based on customer pain points and search intent
Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and product content for organic growth
Create and execute on-page SEO strategies
Improve internal linking and website structure
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and website performance
Implement schema markup and structured data where applicable
